This month, fuboTV Inc., the leading sports-first live TV streaming platform, is going the distance for breast cancer research by launching a new philanthropic partnership with BCRF that includes a public service initiative and donation to lifesaving science.
Throughout September, fuboTV Inc. will air a new PSA featuring BCRF Board Member Jerome “The Bus” Bettis, a Pro Football Hall of Famer and retired Pittsburgh Steelers football player whose mother was successfully treated for breast cancer in 2014.
“I’m proud to support the lifesaving research funded by the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and thrilled that fuboTV is joining the BCRF family,” Bettis said.
To further make an impact this month, fuboTV will donate $1 to BCRF for every subscription to its Sports Plus with NFL RedZone add-on channel package, which offers top NCAA games, NFL RedZone from NFL Network, and more premium sports channels.
“Breast cancer is a disease that has unfortunately touched all of us,” said fuboTV’s Senior Vice President, Marketing Yale Wang. “Progress depends on investing in the world’s best scientists to attack the disease from all angles. That’s why we’re supporting BCRF in their mission to end breast cancer by advancing the world’s most promising research.”
